We’re proud to have helped facilitate the connection and support the process along the way! 🎉 Grand Opening: August 14–16, 2026 Congratulations to the City of Lincoln and Rural King on this exciting milestone! #RuralKingLincolnAL

It’s official. Publix will anchor a new 100,000 sq ft shopping center in Cedartown GA. NextSite’s analytics and peer analysis identified the Cedartown market and positioned the opportunity to Atlanta developer Willow Capital in 2024. The project will include Ross, Marshalls and several outparcel tenants.
