NextSite’s analytics and peer analysis identified the Cedartown market and positioned the opportunity to Atlanta developer Willow Capital in 2024. The project will include Ross, Marshalls and several outparcel tenants.

These additions anchor a bustling new commercial corridor in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
