It’s official. Publix will anchor a new 100,000 sq ft shopping center in Cedartown GA. NextSite’s analytics and peer analysis identified the Cedartown market and positioned the opportunity to Atlanta developer Willow Capital in 2024. The project will include Ross, Marshalls and several outparcel tenants.

The newly built Starbucks and Zaxbys's are driving rapid commercial growth at Exit 82 off I-95 in the massive Heartwood master-planned community.
