NextSite was founded in 2015 to disrupt the traditional retail consulting model. By 2016, we expanded our focus to support all types of commercial development opportunities for communities. We have no conflicts of interest — we are not developers, brokers, or leasing agents — and we never over-promise. Our focus is on the developers, tenant reps, and end-users who drive development decisions, connecting them to the opportunities we identify across the U.S. We also prioritize consistent communication with our clients to keep them informed every step of the way.
